Arizona, United States of America, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
(b) You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Us and You for any purpose concerning this Agreement, the parties' obligations here under, and/or the Service shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the State of Arizona, United States of America, and You further agree to waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
(c) This Service is not targeted to users in any particular locality, nor is it intended to constitute the doing of business in any jurisdiction, nor to be a solicitation of business anywhere on behalf of LOOKINGFORADVICE.ORG, MARAJAK INC., or any of its affiliates, nor to constitute any contacts with any jurisdiction outside of the State of Arizona.
(d) Any cause of action or claim You may have with respect to the Us, this Agreement, and/or the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred,
(e) In any legal action or proceeding between Us and You, We shall be entitled to recover from You Our reasonable attorneys' fees, costs and expenses, in the event that We prevail.
18. Complete Agreement.
(a) Except as expressly provided elsewhere on the Service, these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and Us with respect to the use of the Service and any software and content contained therein.
(b) If any of the provisions of this Agreement are held by a court of competent jurisdiction not to be enforceable, then such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
(c) Potential users of the Service in any jurisdiction in the world, the common, statutory, regulatory or codified law of which would void a material portion of this Agreement (the material portions being at least, but not only, the Warranty Disclaimers, Limitations on Liability, and Arizona Law and Forum provisions), or which make accessing the Service illegal, are unauthorized to use the Service, and do so entirely at their own risk.
